High Throughput
Material is fed through the top central inlet, while fine particles are discharged in a near free-fall motion through the aligned central outlet. This design enables exceptionally high throughput, particularly effective for scalping applications.
Less Blinding
The LPS Series is equipped with anti-blinding devices, including bouncing balls or ultrasonic systems, to prevent screen blinding and ensure optimal screening efficiency.
Flexible Installation
The adoption of a compact, low-profile structure with low headroom requirements and centrally aligned inlet and outlet allows it to integrate seamlessly into existing production lines without extensive modifications.
Low Foundation Loads
The LPS Series features a base frame with low-noise coil springs for vibration insulation, minimizing load and impact on its foundation.
3-D Motion
The LPS Series is equipped with dual vibrator motors mounted laterally on opposite sides, inclined towards each other. This configuration generates a 3-D motion that is nearly vertical at the center of the machine, with a transport action along the periphery.
Consequently, fine particles drop through the center almost in free fall, while small quantities of oversized particles are discharged via the side outlet.
The motors’ intensity and inclination can be adjusted to accommodate various products.
