Motion Technology
The PS series can be equipped with up to 5 screen decks with varying inclinations and decreasing mesh sizes downwards.This machine features two powerful vibrator motors mounted on a rigid common base. When the two motors operate at the same frequency and in opposite directions, they automatically synchronize to generate a linear motion.
Fine particles quickly passes through the upper decks, while coarser particles are effectively discharged from the material flow. The inclination of screen panels create an effect similar to smaller mesh sizes, allowing for larger openings than traditional flat screens without sacrificing separation precision.
