The SE Series is a special type of vibrating conveyor that convey materials vertically up to 6 meters (or more) within a very small footprint. This series can provide the functions of cooling, heating, drying, or humidifying during the elevation process.
It can be designed as open or fully enclosed, with the vibrator motors placed either at the bottom or the top of the conveyor.
Features & Advantages
Motion Technology
The SE Series is equipped with dual vibrator motors mounted laterally on opposite sides of the support column, inclined towards each other. This configuration generates a 3D motion that is nearly vertical at the center while facilitating the transport of materials along the spiral trough with small, controlled jumps.
The transport process depends on the frequency and amplitude of the vibrator motors, the angle of impact, and the trough inclination.
